Jeff Katzoff DPT, ATC, CSCS Director/Owner
Jeff received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training from San Diego State University in 1999. After working as an athletic trainer at Ventura College and various local high schools; he decided to pursue his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in 2005. As well as being an Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist, Jeff is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, is certified as a Medical Titleist Performance Institute Clinician, and is certified to evaluate and fit for custom orthotics. He has worked in various avenues of sports rehabilitation with such relationships as the Seattle Mariners Baseball Club, San Diego State Aztecs, and the United States and Canadian National Field Hockey teams. He has extensive experience in the treatment of a variety of orthopedic injuries and specializes in pitching analysis for shoulder and elbow pain, and ACL rehabilitation and prevention programs. At synergy Sports and Rehab, he assists in providing relationships between High School Athletics and appropriate medical professions to form outreach programs that provide medical care for those schools. Jeff has called Colorado home since 2005 and is the owner and director of Synergy Sports and Rehab in Parker, Colorado.
Kelsey L. Krisch ATC, NASE
Kelsey graduated with her B.A. in Psychology from Rider University in May 2012. While at Rider, Kelsey played collegiate softball and found a passion for Athletic Training. She started her Athletic Training education at Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2015. While at Metro she has worked with the University’s baseball team. She has also worked with athletes at Castle View High School, Englewood High School, and the men and women’s lacrosse team at Johnson and Wales University. Kelsey currently holds the position heading the outreach Sports Medicine program for Lutheran High School in Parker.
Kelsey enjoys the outdoors and giving back to the softball community. Some of her hobbies include hiking, running half marathons, working out, and being a dog Mom to her Mini Australian Shepard Arlo. She also enjoys going to Rockies games and spending time with her family.
