Jeff Katzoff

Jeff received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training from San Diego State University in 1999. After working as an athletic trainer at Ventura College and various local high schools; he decided to pursue his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy as well as a Masters Degrees in Physical Education, from Azusa Pacific University in 2005.

As well as being an Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist, Jeff is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, is certified as a Medical Titleist Performance Institute Clinician, and is certified to evaluate and fit for custom orthotics. He has worked in various avenues of sports rehabilitation with such relationships as the Seattle Mariners Baseball Club, San Diego State Aztecs, and the United States and Canadian National Field Hockey teams.

He has extensive experience in the treatment of a variety of orthopedic injuries and specializes in pitching analysis for shoulder and elbow pain, ACL rehabilitation and prevention programs, and non-surgical Sacral Iliac Joint Pain. At Synergy Sports and Rehab, he assists in providing relationships between High School Athletics and appropriate medical professions to form outreach programs that provide medical care for those schools.

 

Jeff has called Colorado home since 2005 and is the owner and director of Synergy Sports and Rehab in Parker, Colorado.
